Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge with public accounting experience desirable.
• Excellent analytical and Excel skills; experience with ERPs and multi-discipline approaches.

Responsibilities

• Own the general ledger and prepare journal entries; reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Manage global consolidations and foreign currency transactions; ensure GAAP compliance.
• Coordinate audits and provide accounting support for new standards and policy changes.
• Mentor accounting staff and drive process improvements through automation and system enhancements.
