Job description

Lead and prepare the finance & accounting global consolidation and audit processes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Oversee/prepare the monthly/quarterly/annual consolidation process
• Oversee and serve as primary liaison for the corporate financial audits
• Assist with monthly closings as needed
• Serve as the corporate SME for all consolidation and financial audit matters
• Other Global duties as assigned (Implementation of new consolidation tool and support of new ERP implementation)
• Develop Global Accounting policies and procedures

JOB QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus
• At least eight years’ experience in a similar position
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP; solid understanding of IFRS accounting principles
• Cost accounting experience
• Experience supporting plant manufacturing operations in a global environment
• Experience in handling multiple concurrent tasks and meeting strict deadlines
• May be asked to travel periodically to site-specific events (10% travel)
