Job summary

Advanced Integration Technology, LP is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage the monthly close, consolidation, and audit processes. You will coordinate intercompany eliminations, FX conversions, and tax support across entities, ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting.

The role requires a CPA and at least five years of accounting experience, including project-based and manufacturing accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
• Five+ years of accounting experience or related field.
• Project-based and manufacturing accounting experience preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent Excel and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close process and journal entries.
• Oversee annual audit process and coordinate audit schedules.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and intercompany eliminations.
• Perform currency conversion and FX-related consolidation tasks.
• Support sales, property, and project tax activities as needed.
• Assist with tax returns and external CPA collaboration.
• Improve close and reporting processes for efficiency.
