Job summary

Outform Group seeks a Global Assistant Controller to lead domestic accounting across U.S. entities, own the global consolidation, and oversee the monthly close under U.S. GAAP.

Reporting to the Global Corporate Controller, this role develops the General Accounting team, partners with Operations, FP&A, Treasury and Shared Services, and drives ERP optimization including D365. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 8–10 years in progressive accounting with global

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading monthly close processes, global consolidations, external audits, and income tax provision preparation.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Experience supervising accounting professionals and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead domestic accounting operations for the U.S. entities and ensure timely financial close.
• Own the global consolidation process and prepare consolidated financial statements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support tax provision activities.
• Drive ERP optimization and finance transformation across the organization.
• Mentor and develop the General Accounting team.
