Job summary

Ocorian is seeking an Assistant Controller to join our Fund Solutions team, supporting a diverse range of hedge funds, private equity, private credit and venture capital clients. You will collaborate with experienced CFO professionals, investment managers and fund clients, delivering financial, operational and reporting support across investment structures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
1–3 years of experience in accounting or financial services, with fund accounting focus.
Strong GAAP knowledge and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support CFO clients with fund operations, investment accounting and portfolio reporting.
Monitor and reconcile investment transactions with portfolio managers and service providers.
Assist with capital calls, treasury management, investor reporting and NAV calculations.
Review fund valuations and performance reporting to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate on year-end audits, tax reporting and process improvements.
