The ideal candidate holds a CPA, a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, and strong Excel skills to support strategic decisions. Excellent communication and leadership in a dynamic environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and tax regulations.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under U.S. GAAP.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes to meet deadlines.
• Oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, and reporting schedules.
• Coordinate annual audits, tax filings, and other compliance requirements.
• Lead process improvements and system implementations with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor accounting staff and develop team capabilities.
• Provide insights on financial results and KPIs to management.
