Great opportunity for Senior Accountant looking to make their move to Manager/controller! This is a dynamic company located in Tampa and experiencing tremendous growth.

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for partnering and supporting company’s subsidiaries. This position has a lot of interaction with multiple professionals at different level within the company. Will add value every day while assisting with projects and providing guidance.

Responsibilities include month end reviews, technical accounting, audit support, M&A Accounting and assisting with implementations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist with accounting month/year end process
• Responsible for monthly financial reporting
• Perform quarterly and monthly revenue recognition analyses according to GAAP standards.
• Contributes to the establishment of major economic objectives, financial policies, and best practices for the company.
• Prepares financial reports that outline the company's financial position in the areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and future operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• CPA is a plus
• 4-8 years experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• No supervisory experience needed
• Public Accounting experience is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
