The Assistant Controller plays a pivotal role in maintaining precise financial reporting within the company. Leading the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, this individual ensures the accuracy and timeliness of the firm's financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards. Additionally, they spearhead technical accounting research, shape accounting policy, oversee external financial reporting, manage cash flow forecasting, and establish internal control protocols. Reporting directly to the Controller, this position involves supervising around 10 team members on a global scale.
