• Perform account reconciliations and ensure GAAP compliance and internal policies.
• Support external audits, tax filings, and financial reporting requirements.
• Analyze financial results and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Strengthen internal controls and provide guidance to junior accounting staff.
