• Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-finance professionals.
