Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
5+ years of full-cycle general ledger accounting experience within manufacturing or related industry.
Strong ERP experience and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements while overseeing general ledger activities and month-end/year-end close processes.
Perform account reconciliations and ensure GAAP compliance and internal policies.
Support external audits, tax filings, and financial reporting requirements.
Analyze financial results and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives.
Strengthen internal controls and provide guidance to junior accounting staff.
