Office Location: Alpharetta, GA (Remote/ Hybrid)
Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 (DOE)
Required: 4+ years of Financial Audit Experience

We’re seeking a detail-driven Assistant Controller to join our growing team in the Greater Atlanta area. This role is ideal for someone with a strong financial audit background who’s ready to step into a leadership position, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations and accounting personnel

• Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and reporting systems

• Ensure compliance with GAAP , federal/state regulations , and tax requirements

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, reduce risk, and improve ROI

• Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors and regulatory bodies

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of financial auditing experience

• Prior leadership in accounting or financial reporting functions

• Strong command of GAAP , internal controls, and tax compliance

• CPA required

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, and work cross-functionally

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
