Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr

Our client is a business services company. They seek an Assistant Controller to join their Parsippany, NJ office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global financial consolidation process
• Complete variance analysis of group results versus forecast
• Identify and articulate areas of opportunity
• Oversee and mentor the accounting team
• Review all governance and compliance-related matters
• Provide technical accounting guidance and develop accounting memos
• Drive globally consistent processes and develop a shared services model
• Manage external tax compliance and audit process

Requirements

• 8+ years of corporate or technical accounting experience
• International accounting and tax experience
• Combo with/ Big 4 accounting background preferred
• Experience at a private equity-owned company is a plus
• Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
• CPA strongly preferred
