We're conducting a search on behalf of the CAO at an Annuities carrier in Texas, seeking to add an Assistant Controller to the team. The role focuses on investment accounting and reporting, reporting to the Controller, with a team size of 10-15. The ideal candidate has experience in public accounting with investment accounting and insurance.

Compensation is open but will reflect the market.

This is a good opportunity to join a visible management team scaling up the finance organization to support rapid growth in the carrier’s Annuities and PRT businesses. The role involves close collaboration with the CAO and CFO. The carrier is targeting a $250BB balance sheet and is backed by a large asset manager, offering strong career progression options. The position can be based in TX or remote.
