Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Experience in Property & Casualty insurance industry.
• 5–10 years of progressive financial or accounting experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, SSAP, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Netsuite, specialized insurance software).
