Bring your skills and experience to work closely with business unit accounting personnel, site controllers, and Program Finance personnel to ensure that all business unit data is consolidated into the monthly close. This individual will be a working manager with the ability to initiate change, drive continuous process improvement, ensure detail accuracy, and manage priorities without sacrificing schedule. Work style must be collaborative, matrix management-oriented, with a team focus and exceptional communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic individual who wants to grow the business unit and their career. The Assistant Controller will report directly to the Bell Controller. Supported by a business unit Accounting Manager, Accounts Receivable Manager, Disbursements Manager, and related staff, the Assistant Controller is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of the financial close process and reporting of financial information to our corporate parent and business unit collections and disbursements. This role oversees a $4 billion+ business unit with 8,500+ employees, manufacturing operations in Fort Worth, Canada, and Tennessee, and service operations across the US, Amsterdam, Singapore, Czech Republic, Australia, and Japan.
