Search Group, serving a Falls Church, VA technology client, seeks an Assistant Controller to lead accounting operations, close, reporting, and multi-entity consolidation. The role also owns internal controls, process improvements, systems, and AI initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a CPA with 6+ years of relevant experience (including supervision), and experience with NetSuite and AI automation. Compensation targets up to $180,000 plus a 15% bonus and equity; remote work with monthly HQ travel,

Our client, a growing technology company in Falls Church, VA, seeks an Assistant Controller to lead accounting operations, financial close, financial reporting, multi-entity consolidation, and technical accounting. Position will also lead/own internal controls, process improvements, systems, and AI initiatives. CPA required along with 6+ years relevant experience (including supervisory). NetSuite and AI automation highly preferred.

Compensation targeted up to $180K + 15% bonus + equity. Position is remote with required monthly travel to HQ. Local candidate required.

This role is primarily remote with required monthly travel to HQ based outside of Northern Virginia area. Local candidate (DC/MD/NoVA) required.
