Job summary

ServiceSource, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to respond to work orders, deliver and set up office furniture and equipment, and support event setups. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer service while maintaining a clean, secure workspace.

The incumbent may be asked to work nights or weekends and must meet background and clearance requirements for potential sensitive assignments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of direct experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Class B CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders and coordinate delivery/set-up of office equipment and furniture.
• Load and unload trucks of various sizes; assist with events as needed.
• Inspect materials against packing slips and orders.
• Follow NGA and DOD regulations; provide backup for mailroom and security.
• Occasional night/weekend shifts may be required.
