Job summary

Invoke Staffing is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for Upstate South Carolina projects (Greenville, Boiling Springs, Easley) with occasional regional travel. The role focuses on site operations, quality control, safety, and field administration, offering a fast track to running your own job sites.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in commercial construction, strong blueprint reading, Procore or similar software, OSHA 10/30, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in commercial construction (Field Engineer, Foreman, or Assistant Super).
• Strong blueprint reading skills (Architectural, Structural, MEP) and familiarity with site software (Procore or similar).
• OSHA 10/30 certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Site Operations: assist with day-to-day job site management, quality control, and schedule execution.
• Trade Management: coordinate subcontractors, inspect daily work, keep trades on schedule.
• Safety First: enforce OSHA standards, conduct site talks, and keep job sites secure and clean.
• Field Admin: keep daily logs, track material deliveries, process RFIs, document site progress.
• Inspections: assist with municipal building, MEP, and fire inspections.

Assistant Superintendent

Location: Upstate SC (Greenville, Boiling Springs, Easley w/some regional travel required)

Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 + Bonus

We’re looking for a sharp, driven Assistant Superintendent to work directly alongside our Lead Superintendents with a clear, accelerated path to running your own job sites quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Site Operations: Assist with day-to-day job site management, quality control, and schedule execution.
• Trade Management: Coordinate subcontractors, inspect daily work, and keep trades on schedule.
• Safety First: Enforce OSHA standards, conduct site talks, and keep job sites secure and clean.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1–3+ years in commercial construction (Field Engineer, Foreman, or Assistant Super).
• Skills: Strong blueprint reading skills (Architectural, Structural, MEP) and basic site software knowledge (Procore or similar).
• Certifications: OSHA 10/30 (or ability to obtain).
• Location: Must live in or near the Greenville, Boiling Springs, or Easley area. Valid driver’s license required.
• Mindset: Reliable self-starter with great communication skills and a desire to lead projects independently.
