The role emphasizes maintaining project controls, progress tracking, and quality standards across deliverables, with a structured travel schedule of 3 weeks on-site followed by 1 week at home.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management preferred.
• 1–3 years of related experience in construction.
• Ability to manage detailed processes under pressure.
• Strong customer service background with results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, scheduling and documentation.
• Prepare, review and maintain project control documents.
• Support budget and schedule management and invoicing.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders and field staff.
• Maintain accurate project records and progress reports.
• Ensure file management and ad-hoc reporting as needed.
