Zusammenfassung

Willdan is seeking an Assistant Construction Manager to provide project administration, coordination and project controls support for design and construction projects. You will work with Project Managers to plan schedules, document progress and coordinate stakeholders, ensuring delivery aligns with client requirements.

This role requires travel nationwide on a 3 weeks on-site / 1 week at home cycle; responsibilities include maintaining control documents, progress reporting, budget and schedule

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Construction Management is preferred.
• 1-3 years related construction experience.
• Experience with City, State and/or Government work.
• Ability to manage detailed processes and problem solve quickly in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong customer service background with proven customer satisfaction results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team interaction skills.
• Self-motivated, organized and professional.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of construction management software.
• Knowledge of project scheduling software.

Aufgaben

• Work collaboratively with project stakeholders to support project coordination and documentation.
• Assist Project Manager’s and Construction Manager’s in all phases and aspects of the project with documentation and logistics support.
• Provide administrative support to Field Staff.
• Document safety compliance standards are adhered to in field.
• Support project stakeholders in maintaining project data management system.
• Support logistics in the field as directed by key project stakeholders.
• Support billing procedures and timely processing of invoicing.
• Review Specifications and Drawings and become familiar with the project and critical path items.
• Manage meeting minutes and distribution to key project stakeholders.
• Obtain and maintain all required documentation as per the contract.
• Ensure timely reviews for all RFIs and Submittals, including coordination with engineers.
• Provide administrative support for change order documentation.
• Ensure file management protocols are followed.
• Assemble the close out documents and address non-compliant Contractor directly for compliance.
• Prepare and communicate ad-hoc reports as required.
