Job summary

Halverson and Blaiser Group, Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager across daily operations for Twin Cities properties. You will assist with leasing, marketing, administration, and resident relations while ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in Property Management.
• Tax Credit compliance experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve with staff and residents.

Responsibilities

• Marketing and leasing support for assigned community.
• Administrative duties, record keeping and reporting.
• Property maintenance and security oversight.
• Monitor advertising sources (Internet, print ads, locator services).
• Handle resident concerns and enforce lease agreements.
• Prepare/process documents related to rent and move-ins.
