Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager for Vintage Gardens, a 188-unit senior community in West Covina, CA. The role reports to the Regional Manager and requires a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime and weekend flexibility.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of on-site property management experience, Tax Credit knowledge, and proficiency with YARDI Voyager. Salary is competitive, up to $34–$35/hour, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of on-site property management experience with Tax Credit knowledge.
• Must have computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of YARDI Voyager; Lease up experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to all community staff.
• Maintain occupancy and rent levels per budget and tax credit rules.
• Review aged receivables and collect balances.
• Conduct property tours and report on performance to owners.
• Lead periodic community meetings with residents.
• Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies.
