Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. seeks an Assistant Community Manager for a 224-unit senior community in Riverside, CA. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Community Manager, with a competitive salary of $24 - $27 per hour depending on experience.

The position emphasizes LIHTC compliance, rent collection, financial oversight, and resident relations. A valid CA driver’s license is required; YARDI Voyager experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Six months of on-site property management experience at a Tax Credit; Section 42 property.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Ensure LIHTC and related program compliance and accurate reporting.
• Process applications and resident recertifications on time.
• Post rent payments and assist with aging receivables.
• Review community financials and expenses with the Community Manager.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and stakeholders.
• Respond to leasing inquiries and maintain proper records.
