Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager for Vintage Gardens, an 188-unit senior community in West Covina, CA. The role reports to the Regional Manager and is a non-exempt, Monday–Friday position with overtime and weekend flexibility. Salary up to $35/hour, depending on experience.

The candidate will supervise staff, ensure LIHTC compliance, manage budgets, occupancy, and tenant relations, and lead marketing and leasing efforts to meet annual goals.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two (2) years of on-site property management experience with Tax Credit knowledge.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of YARDI Voyager; Lease up experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to all community staff.
• Maintain compliance with LIHTC and related regulations; manage budgets and occupancy.
• Monitor marketing efforts and leasing strategies to meet goals.
• Conduct property tours and report to owners/investors/regulators as required.
• Develop relationships with residents, vendors and team members.
• Prepare monthly variance and collections reports; manage rent collection and subsidies as applicable.
