Mill Creek Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support performance standards and oversee daily property operations. You will coach associates, manage leasing activities, and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

The role emphasizes maintaining market-ready units, accurate data entry, and resident satisfaction. The position requires 2 years of multi-family property management experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED); Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years multi-family leasing or related property management experience or equivalent.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Multi-family property management experience, retail sales or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Sales and Marketing to greet prospects and determine needs.
• Handle calls and resident issues; process lease applications and verifications.
• Maintain accurate data in information systems and prepare leasing reports.
• Update rents, deposits, and notices in Yardi/Entrata daily.
• Oversee operations and ensure property is market-ready and well-maintained.
• Support management in move-ins, renewals, and resident communications.
• Attend trainings and adhere to policies and procedures.
