Satellite Management, located in Orange, CA, is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee operational and financial aspects of a property. You will support leadership, ensure timely rent collection, and manage delinquency while guiding a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years of related experience; residential property management preferred.
• Yardi Voyager experience a plus.
• Proficient with computers: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and email.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all rents are collected on time and posted.
• Close out month with delinquency targets.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely recondition of apartments.
• Complete monthly pre-close and close out processes.
• Assist in renewal and resident retention programs; follow up on renewal notices.
• Perform leasing duties when needed and coordinate vendor communications.
