Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to help keep our manufactured home communities running smoothly. You’ll handle resident relations, collections, leasing support, and work order management, working closely with the Community Manager to learn the business and make a meaningful difference for residents.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in property management, strong communication, organization, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Self-starter with initiative and reliability.
• Collaborative, team-first attitude and willingness to grow.

Responsibilities

• Resident relations: be a visible, approachable presence and address concerns promptly.
• Collections: prepare resident bills and ensure on-time rent payments; handle notices as required by law.
• Sales & Leasing Support: assist with move-ins, lease renewals, and document coordination.
• Work Order Management: oversee maintenance requests and communicate updates to residents and operations.
