Pegasus Residential in Arden, NC is seeking a Resident Relations Manager to be the front line for resident experience and support, handling issues, payments, and lease inquiries with proactive, consultative selling and community knowledge. You will oversee the leasing team and contribute to a positive, best-in-class resident experience.

Ideal candidates have multifamily background, OneSite knowledge, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

You will be responsible for receiving all resident issues, payments, lease inquiries, etc. Using high-level communication skills along with strategic consultative selling skills, your dynamic, supportive, and considerate personality, combined with community knowledge, provide the positive and genuine experience people crave and seldom discover when looking for their home. You will also oversee the leasing team and provide assistance when needed.
