Job summary

Pegasus Residential is expanding its leadership team in Raleigh, NC, seeking a Regional Manager to guide the market’s portfolio and sales performance.

You will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage budgets with owners and community managers, and drive occupancy while maintaining program policies. Candidate should bring strong leadership, communication, and financial skills to a dynamic, growth‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years as a Regional Property Manager.
• Strong experience in budgeting and financial oversight.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and drive results.
• Excellent vendor and staff relationship skills.
• Solid understanding of marketing strategy and occupancy goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio and motivate a sales team.
• Create and develop lasting relationships with vendors and staff.
• Implement a competitive marketing strategy.
• Work with owners to identify property goals and objectives.
• Implement effective cost control, revenue maximization, and delinquency management.
• Work with Community Managers on yearly operating budgets and sales/marketing plans.
• Effectively maximize rental income.
• Ensure all required weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Train and motivate associates to achieve sales goals.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge on all properties and that of major competition.
• Ensure that established policies and procedures are followed across the portfolio.

Your Role as a Regional Manager:

Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years as a Regional Property Manager
• Third party experience require
• Possess advanced bookkeeping knowledge and perform general accounting functions
• Understanding of current legal responsibilities of the properties
• Exceptional organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Knowledge of OneSite strongly encouraged, Ops Technology required.
