Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the property in Thornton, CO. The role focuses on resident service, rent collection, and data entry in the PM software.

Responsibilities include reports, show units, and coordination with legal during evictions, while maintaining a professional appearance and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in the property management industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Use proper customer service and sales techniques and ensure a courteous response to all resident requests.
• Collect all monies due and oversee audits, evictions, and move-outs by walking units to evaluate occupancy.
• Coordinate with outside legal counsel during eviction processes.
• Finalize move in/out and renewals files and enter data into property management software.
• Oversee resident renter’s insurance procedures.
• Collect deposits and process applications from future residents.
• Ensure model/target apartments are ready for show and maintain a clean workspace.
• Maintain knowledge of leases, availability, and current market conditions.
