Job summary

29th Street Property Management is seeking an Experienced Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager and engage with residents in San Antonio, TX. The role is full-time, based on-site at Renata on Fredericksburg with an hourly wage in the $23–$25 range.

Responsibilities include tenant communications, coordinating maintenance, processing applications and credit checks, and preparing budgets and financial reports as part of a collaborative property management team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing building occupancy and maintenance.
• Communicate with tenants about property-related issues.
• Coordinate with tenants and third parties for maintenance needs.
• Collaborate to produce advertising materials.
• Show properties to prospective tenants and process applications.
