29th Street Property Management seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager and engage closely with residents. The role involves handling occupancy, communications, and coordination with vendors to maintain property standards.

You will assist in showing properties, processing applications, and creating financial reports while upholding fair housing laws and delivering strong customer service. A team environment and growth opportunities await.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Assist in managing occupancy and maintenance for buildings.
• Communicate with tenants about property-related issues.
• Coordinate with tenants and third parties for maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with the team to produce advertising materials.
• Show properties to prospective tenants; collect applications and explain terms.
• Process applications and conduct credit checks.
• Collect monthly fees and maintain payment records.
• Prepare budgets and financial reports.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for services.
• Investigate and help resolve complaints and violations.
• Ensure compliance with anti-discrimination housing laws.
