Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with recertifications.
• Inspect buildings, grounds and appearance; report maintenance needs.
• Guide maintenance staff and coordinate site activities.
• Greet visitors and residents.
• Attend meetings and seminars.
• Communicate in English and perform basic arithmetic.
• Coordinate site errands requiring a vehicle.
• Maintain admin records of purchases and inventories.
