Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One year of residential property management, customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• MS Office and RealPage experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support daily property operations under the Community Manager.
• Assist with fiscal management, compliance, facilities and risk management.
• Maintain resident relations and documentation.
• Coordinate with residents, community partners and Resident Services.
