You will report to the Community Manager and collaborate with Resident Services to ensure a high-quality living environment. A strong emphasis on accuracy, customer service, and teamwork is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office and RealPage software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service with measurable outcomes.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Committed to MidPen Services and MidPen Housing.
• Role is desk-based with occasional light physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Schedule income verification appointments and process lease agreements.
• Assist in re-certifications, MOR/TCAC reviews, and notices.
• Monitor vacancies, turnover forms, and rent collection processes.
• Maintain housing wait lists and confidential resident files.
• Coordinate maintenance inspections with facilities staff.
• Foster relations with residents, partners, and local agencies.
• Support emergency preparedness communication and resident meetings.
