Full Circle Communities, Inc. seeks an Assistant Community Manager for Villagebrook in Carol Stream, IL. You will support the Community Manager in administrative, financial, and property operations, focusing on affordable housing compliance and recertifications.

You will manage rent processing, leasing, and resident relations while ensuring data security and adherence to HUD/LIHTC guidelines. This role offers growth within a mission-driven housing organization.

Competenze

• Deep knowledge of affordable housing policies, HUD guidelines, and LIHTC compliance.
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and MS Office.
• Strong organizational, mathematical, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with de-escalation ability.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Own the resident recertification caseload and ensure timely processing.
• Assist with daily administrative workflows and rent collections.
• Draft and distribute notices, leases, and legal documents with de-escalation strategies.
• Support accounts payable, invoice processing, and variance tracking.
