Job summary

Mobile Loaves & Fishes is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Community First! Village Burleson to support launch and ongoing operations, ensuring lease compliance and neighbor relations. The role reports to the Property Manager and requires coordinating with Supportive Services and CFV teams.

You will supervise property management staff, develop SOPs, and help sustain a safe, welcoming community while managing daily tasks, inspections, and occupancy timelines.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of property management experience is required.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word for operations and reports.
• Ability to lead and train staff and oversee leasing and compliance.
• Strong organizational skills and professional communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lease compliance, neighbor relations, and property operations.
• Supervise Property Management staff and provide evaluations.
• Coordinate with other departments to support SFV operations and community events.
• Attend eviction court hearings and maintain legal files.
