Westland Real Estate Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Cedar Village in Las Vegas, NV. You will partner with the Community Manager to drive daily operations, financial stability, and a positive resident experience while developing skills to advance to Community Manager.

Responsibilities include supporting rent collection, leasing, inspections, maintenance coordination, and team supervision to uphold company standards. Nevada license is a non-negotiable condition.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Knowledge of property management regulations and fair housing laws.
• Experience with rent collection and basic financial reporting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Financially support the community by managing rent collection and delinquencies, auditing invoices, and assisting budget prep and expense control.
• Support leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals and ensure high resident satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining property condition through inspections, coordinating maintenance, work orders, and vendor communications.
• Assist the Community Manager in supervising and motivating on-site staff to meet standards.
