Job summary

National Community Renaissance is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in administration, marketing, and day-to-day property operations. This role includes processing applications, maintaining files, updating cash receipts in Yardi, and assisting with budgeting and reporting.

You will work closely with maintenance staff to meet turnover targets, handle resident interactions professionally, and participate in company events as needed.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in property management preferred.
• Understanding and budgeting knowledge required.
• Administrative experience preferred and helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall administration and maintenance of the property.
• Assist in marketing vacancies and maintain waiting lists.
• Process housing applications per covenants and policies.
• Post payments into Yardi and manage daily banking.
