National Community Renaissance is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Glendale to support the Community Manager in daily operations, administration, and property maintenance. You will help market vacancies, process applications, post payments in Yardi, and assist with monthly reports.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in property management (affordable housing preferred) and strong communication, budgeting, and document handling skills.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 1–2 years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing.
• At least 1 year in an administrative role; basic budgeting understanding.

Responsabilités

• Assist in marketing and advertising for vacancies per the property's plan.
• Process housing applications per covenants and Tenant Selection Plan.
• Post resident payments into Yardi in a timely manner.
• Assist in preparing month-end reports and maintaining work orders in Yardi.
• Maintain resident files and assist in vacancy turnover to meet 100% occupancy.
• Support Community Manager with notices, filings, and resident relations.
