Job summary

Peak Living in Meridian, ID is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations at our multi-family communities. Under the Community Manager, you will help supervise staff, handle leasing, and ensure resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of onsite experience, CAM or ARM certification, and strong customer service skills. This full-time role offers PTO, holidays, benefits, and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant experience.
• CAM or ARM certification.
• Ability to deal effectively with customers/residents.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Community Manager in supervising all community associates.
• Supports customer service and leasing efforts.
• Assist and/or support leasing and marketing efforts.
• Assist in preparing paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions to the Community Manager.
• Review resident files and accounting records for delinquencies and communicate with residents.
• Assist retention initiatives and daily community operations.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents and other income.
• Support budgeted occupancy, collections, and related metrics.
