Job summary

Peak Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our team in Georgia. Under the Community Manager, you will support all aspects of community operations and collaborate with staff to maintain high levels of service.

The role involves leasing, marketing, rent collection, and ensuring smooth daily operations at multi-family communities. A three-year track record in similar roles and CAM/ARM certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience as onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant in multi-family housing, hospitality or similar.
• CAM or ARM certification.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must possess the ability to deal effectively with customers/residents.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Community Manager in supervising all community associates.
• Supports and participates in customer service and leasing efforts.
• Assists in leasing and marketing activities.
• Prepares paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Assists in rental rate adjustments or concessions assessments.
• Reviews resident files and accounting records for unpaid or late fees and collects delinquent balances.
• Supports resident loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Helps organize daily work and community operations.
• Collects, posts and deposits rents and security deposits.
