Job summary

Peak Living in Meridian, Idaho seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations of multi-family communities under the Community Manager. You will help with leasing, customer service, and marketing while ensuring lease administration and resident satisfaction.

The role requires at least 3 years of onsite management experience and CAM or ARM certification, with the ability to interact professionally with residents and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant in multi-family housing, hospitality or similar.
• CAM or ARM certification.
• Ability to deal effectively with customers/residents.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in supervising all community associates.
• Assist in customer service and leasing efforts.
• Assist leasing and marketing efforts.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions.
• Review resident files and accounting records for delinquencies and communicate with residents.
• Support resident loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Organize daily work and community operations.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents and security deposits and other income.
• Support budgeting and occupancy management.
