Peak Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our team in Colorado. Under the Community Manager, you will support operations, leasing, and customer service across multifamily communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant in multi-family housing or hospitality.
• Ability to deal effectively with customers/residents.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Community Manager in supervising all community associates.
• Assists with customer service and leasing.
• Assists in leasing and marketing efforts.
• Prepares paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Recommends rental rate adjustments or concessions.
• Reviews resident files and accounting records for delinquencies; communicates with residents.
• Supports resident loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Assists in organizing daily work and community operations.
• Collects, posts, and deposits rents and security deposits.
• Supports budgeting and occupancy management.
