Job summary

Peak Living is currently seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our team in Newnan, GA. Under the Community Manager's direction, you will support and assist in all aspects of community operations, including leasing, customer service, and budget management.

The role requires a minimum of three years of onsite experience as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant, CAM or ARM certification, and strong English communication abilities. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Three years of onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant experience in multi-family housing, hospitality, or similar.
• CAM or ARM certification.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in supervising the community team.
• Support customer service and leasing activities.
• Assist in leasing and marketing efforts for the community.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Assist in recommending rental rate adjustments or concessions.
• Review resident files and accounts to address delinquencies and collect rents.
• Support resident retention initiatives and community operations.
• Help manage day-to-day operations and budgeting for the community.
