Job summary

Peak Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join their team in Jonesboro, GA. Under the Community Manager, you will support operations, leasing, and customer service for multifamily communities.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing leases, collecting rents, and assisting in marketing and retention initiatives to ensure strong occupancy and community performance.

Qualifications

• Three years of onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant experience in multi-family housing, hospitality or similar.
• CAM or ARM certification.
• Ability to deal effectively with customers/residents.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in supervising all community associates.
• Support customer service and leasing activities.
• Assist and/or support leasing and marketing efforts.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions to the Community Manager.
• Review resident files and accounting records for unpaid/late fees; communicate with residents and pursue delinquencies.
• Assist in resident loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Assist in organizing daily work and community operations.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents, security deposits, and other income.
• Support budgeting and occupancy management efforts.
