Job summary

Allied Orion Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in the overall management of a multi-family property. This includes leasing, marketing and resident relations as part of daily operations.

The role also covers financial oversight, reporting to senior managers, and supervising onsite staff in the Community Manager's absence. Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Knowledge and one year of experience in multi-family property management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with overall property management, including financials and accounting.
• Support multi-family leasing, marketing and resident relations activities.
• Supervise onsite staff in Community Manager's absence.
• Process payments and track delinquencies according to policy.
• Prepare final account statements and handle collections per policy.
• Communicate with residents, vendors and clients professionally.
