Job summary

Allied Orion Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the property’s operation. You will assist in leasing, marketing, resident relations, and daily management tasks under the Community Manager and leadership team.

The role includes coordinating financial aspects, supervising onsite staff in the manager’s absence, and ensuring compliance with housing laws and company policies. A high school diploma is required with preferred related certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Knowledge and one (1) year of experience in multi-family property management.
• NALP/COS/TCS/HQS/UPCS training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering and supervising overall property management.
• Handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations duties.
• Perform financial/accounting tasks related to the property.
• Manage payments, late notices, and delinquencies per policy.
• Cover Property Manager duties in their absence.
