Job summary

Allied Orion Group in Houston is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in supervising property operations, including leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a multi-family community.

The role also covers financial duties, accounts, payments, delinquencies, evictions, and coordinating with vendors and staff. Strong communication, math, and proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• College degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in multi-family property management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing, marketing and resident relations for a multi-family property.
• Assist with financial/accounting duties and budgeting.
• Supervise onsite staff in Community Manager’s absence.
• Process payments and track delinquencies; issue notices as needed.
• Coordinate evictions per policy and timelines.
• Prepare final account statements and communicate with managers.
